1. Is the knowledge Free?
The Knowledge is free for a three-month trial period. After that, it costs £8 a month or £80 for an annual subscription – meaning you get two months completely free.
2. How do I sign up?
Simply enter your email address on our home page and click the “sign up” button.
3. Do I have to give my credit card details to try The Knowledge?
No, we don’t ask for payment details upfront. When your three-month free trial comes to an end we will email you to let you know how to subscribe.
4. When will I receive the newsletter?
We publish at lunchtime during the week, and a little earlier at the weekend.
Yes, the latest issue is available on our home page.
Check your junk/spam folder, just in case. If it’s not there, or if you have any other issues, email [email protected]. One easy fix is to add our email address ([email protected]) to your contacts. You can find out more here.
6. I’m having trouble with my paid subscription
